Venue Rates

● R8 000 per event effective 1 September 2019

discounted price for events scheduled between May to August 2019

● Prices increase in September each year

● Functions per day

○ 1 function per day

○ Where no conflict with a full day booking, morning functions will be allowed to end by 11am. Call to enquire about cost.

Bar Policy

We are a halaal establishment and do not allow any alcohol on the property. Clients can choose to proceed with alcohol free champagne.

If we find alcohol on the property, your function will be stopped, and no refund given.

● 150 On the veranda excluding use of stage

Facilities included in the price

●  A Fairy light canopy in courtyard

●  Inside: Rectangle fold up tables and black plastic chairs to seat 100

●  10 black tablecloths and 100 black chair covers

●  2 Buffet tables with black table cloths

     Note: tables and chairs can be moved to Veranda, or Garden or Quad

●  Kitchen with 3 prepping tables, a chiller fridge, chest freezer and 3-plate gas stove. (9kg bottle of gas excluded).


●  Chairs & tables if more than 100 required

●  Catering, crockery, cutlery, setting up or clearing off and cleaning services etc

●  Décor like tablecloths, overlays, centerpieces etc

     We can recommend providers who work closely with our venue

●  Security guards

●  Sound & Audio equipment

●  Entrance and swag drapes

●  Bedouin Tent to cover Courtyard at additional cost to erect

Booking Process

●  Booking secured by paying 50% of Total Booking fee as a required Non-refundable deposit, and to be submitted along with completed signed Booking form.

●  60 days prior to event date – Settlement of remaining (50%) balance of the Full Booking fee is due.

● 10 days prior to event date – R3000 Refundable Breakage deposit due. This amount to be refunded to the extent it has not been used to pay for repairs for damages, extra charges or cleaning costs due
